Bloomflora’s Policies

The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible. If you still have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us – it would be our pleasure to assist you.

Bloomflora Beauty Guarantee:

We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with your lash service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.

Refunds and Returns:

No refunds, returns or exchanges are given for products or services rendered. 

Do to sanitary reasons, any retail products with a broken seal cannot be exchanged or returned. 

 Reactions and Sensitivities:

 A reaction to products used during your lash service, although at very low-risk, are a possibility you should be aware of when getting lash extensions. Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately otherwise not foreseeable.  No refunds will be issued for reactions, however a complimentary lash removal is available for all full sets applied by Bloomflora Beauty if such circumstance were to occur. Please be sure to let us know at your earliest convenience if you become aware of any type of reaction. We will do our best to remedy the problem as soon as possible. 

 * If you have sensitive eyes or known allergies to adhesives, a Lash Consultation appointment is an option should you wish to do a patch test using our products before your initial appointment.  

Late Arrivals:

As a courtesy to all, and to ensure sufficient time for a quality experience please be on time to your appointment. There is no extra fee for arriving late, but your service may be shortened in effort to make sure client appointments following yours are not also pushed back and are on time. Please be aware that if we are unable to accommodate the full service, the full amount of your original scheduled service will still be applied to your total at the end of your appointment.


 While we do love children!  To ensure their safety and for insurance liability considerations, we respectfully ask that no children accompany you to your appointment. Thank you for understanding. 


Again, we are animal lovers at heart!  But to ensure their safety, the safety of other clients who might have allergens to animals- and for insurance liability considerations- we respectfully ask you to refrain from bringing any animals with you to your appointment.  Thank you for your cooperation!


 All appointments require a valid credit card to reserve your desired appointment time.  

A 24 hour notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total scheduled appointment cost will be charged. Please note that we will only charge your credit card if you do not give 24  hours notice. 

 All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with proper notice by e-mailing or by texting Tracy at 414-699-2191. If we are unable to answer your call, we are likely servicing another client.  Please be sure to leave a voice message including your first and last name- stating the time and date of your appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule.
